Pricing questions
What counts as a job?
One booked visit sent to a contractor through Attesto. Snags, return visits and re-bookings on the same job don’t count again.
What if we go over our jobs?
Nothing stops working. Extra jobs are charged at the per-job rate on your plan, so a busy month costs a bit more rather than forcing an upgrade. If moving plan would save you money, we’ll tell you.
How long is proof kept?
On Free, for 12 months. On every paid plan, for as long as you’re a customer, and you can export it at any time.
Are customer and tenant texts included?
Yes. The texts for each job are included in the price.
How does multi-site pricing work?
A flat price per site, billed annually, with fair-use jobs at every site. Onboarding is quoted once, based on how many sites and contractors you have.
Is there a contract?
Landlord, Starter and Growth are monthly and you can cancel at the end of any month. Multi-site is an annual agreement.
What is founding member pricing?
Landlords and businesses who join from the waitlist get 30% off Landlord, Starter or Growth for the first 12 months, in return for helping us shape the product.
